Yoga classes take place in the Great Room at the CCC and are designed for all levels, and are filled on a first come, first serve basis. CCC Subscriber fee: $15; Non-Subscriber fee: $18. No need to pre-register, class fee due at time of class.

Sundays 8:30am-9:45am starting Sunday, July 2. Martha Abbott will be returning this summer!
CCC Yoga Offerings:
Kripalu Style Yoga: is a slow flowing yoga with a focus on safe alignments and connection to one’s breathing.
Slow-flowing Yoga: This alignment based practice will challenge you while keeping you safe. Foundational poses, range-of-motion work and core strengthening will be the focus.
Amanda H. Cohen LMHC has been teaching yoga since 2001. She has studied Insight Yoga and Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers as well as completed trainings in Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Most recently she has trained with Martha Abbot in a 200hr Kripalu Style Yoga Teacher Training. Amanda loves teaching yoga at the CCC! She teaches a slow yoga flow with a focus on safe alignment and connection to breath.
