Tai chi, short for T’ai chi ch’üan or Tàijí quán, is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training, its health benefits and meditation. Never done Tai chi? We’ll teach you! Come learn something new that makes you feel fantastic!

Chappy resident, Tom Pardee, will kick off the 2020 season and continue for the season every Tuesday & Friday thereafter. Classes are held on the CCC basketball court therefore weather permitting. The suggested donation is $5 per class and is open to everyone.
