Tai chi, short for T’ai chi ch’üan or Tàijí quán, is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training, its health benefits and meditation. Never done Tai chi? We’ll teach you! Come learn something new that makes you feel fantastic!

Chappy resident, Tom Pardee, is due to begin 2021 classes on Tuesday, June 1 and continue every Tuesday and Friday at 9 am throughout the season. 

Classes are held on the CCC basketball court therefore weather permitting. The suggested donation is $5 per class and is open to everyone.
