Anna Marden is a sound artist, writer, and community event organizer who lives on Martha's Vineyard year-round. She facilitates live, immersive sonic journeys using a large collection of specialized instruments, including crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other gentle percussion, creating a unique soundscape in each session.
Sound bath participants typically lie down on a mat or sit in a comfortable meditation pose and listen with their eyes closed. Sound baths can help promote deep relaxation, meditative states, and creativity.
Anna asks guests to bring a yoga mat (or borrow one from the CCC) and other comfort items, such as cushions, blankets, eye masks, and layers to shed or add for comfort.
The CCC proudly offers invigorating yoga classes throughout the entire year. During the tranquil winter off-season, join us every Sunday & Wednesday's morning at 8:30 AM to awaken your body and spirit in a welcoming environment. As summer arrives, our schedule expands with a variety of classes, offering 2 to 4 sessions each week in July and August, allowing you to deepen your practice and enjoy the season's warm, uplifting energy.

Craig Ranucci
Functional Movement & Holistic Health Specialist
Yoga Therapist, CYT - 500
Craig was born and raised in Leominster, Massachusetts, but has made a home on Martha’s Vineyard for the last eleven years. Like most people, yoga found him at “just the right time”, during the winter of 2020. Knowing immediately that yoga was so much more than just a stretchy workout in tight pants, he enrolled in a 200hr yoga teacher training with Hot Yoga MV, and soon after that a 300hr teacher training with Pranaluz Conscious Living. He most recently completed Yoga San Kalpa/Yoga on the Vine’s 300hr yoga therapy program, where he also serves as a senior teacher on their staff. He wholeheartedly believes that the practice of yoga can heal everything and is eternally grateful to share his purpose with anyone who is open to making a positive change in their life.
He offers 1:1’s and private instruction to anyone dealing with chronic pain or anyone looking to improve their yoga practice.
His group classes bring together an intelligently designed combination of strength, balance, mobility, and alignment. A session with Craig will leave your yoga practice feeling “complete”; you will walk out feeling stronger, more alive, grounded….. and possibly even smiling : )
Outside of teaching and practicing yoga, Craig loves to travel, hang out with his yellow lab Norton, enjoy nature, and explore various types of electronic music. And he has yoga to thank for making all of those exponentially better.

With my family, I have been a part-time resident of Chappy for 8 years. We live at the top of Sampsons Hill where many of a the beautiful walking trails meet. I love nature and the out doors, working in clay, gardening, hicking, kayaking, swimming, cooking, maintaining trails, being with family and socializing.
A weekly yoga class attendee for most of my adult life, at 55 I took my yoga teaching training in alignment movement and breath practices at Studio 34 in West Philidalphia. Since then I have been teaching around my home town in Glen Spey, NY. I am a student of the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA.
Graduating from the Univeristy of Pennsylvania in 1980, I've worked as an Occupational Therapist in pediatrics, mental health, and, physical rehabilitation, in home, hospital and school settings.
