The CCC proudly offers invigorating yoga classes throughout the entire year. During the tranquil winter off-season, join us every Sunday morning at 8:30 AM to awaken your body and spirit in a welcoming environment. As summer arrives, our schedule expands with a variety of classes, offering anywhere from 2 to 4 sessions each week in July and August, allowing you to deepen your practice and enjoy the warm, uplifting energy of the season.

Jason Mazar-Kelly (YogiJay) is a certified yoga teacher with thousands of hours of experience in the wellness field. He has been practicing yoga, meditation, and other mindfulness modalities since 2011 and has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2014. After struggling with severe OCD for many years of his life, Jason found yoga and meditation, which helped him transform his life and find a life-long practice for managing anxiety and stress. This transformation drove him to become a teacher. Jason has taught all over New England, assisted teacher training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, and provides yoga, meditation, and other mindfulness services to a variety of populations, from kids to adults. He specializes in breathwork, meditation, and movement for resilience and relaxation, as well as yoga philosophy and the subtle anatomies of yoga.
