About our Instructors

Jason Mazar-Kelly (YogiJay) is a certified yoga teacher with thousands of hours of experience in the wellness field. He has been practicing yoga, meditation, and other mindfulness modalities since 2011 and has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2014. After struggling with severe OCD for many years of his life, Jason found yoga and meditation, which helped him transform his life and find a life-long practice for managing anxiety and stress. This transformation drove him to become a teacher. Jason has taught all over New England, assisted teacher training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, and provides yoga, meditation, and other mindfulness services to a variety of populations, from kids to adults. He specializes in breathwork, meditation, and movement for resilience and relaxation, as well as yoga philosophy and the subtle anatomies of yoga.  For more information https://www.wholesomemv.com/wholesome-yoga

Sam Allison The yoga sessions I lead are fun and gentle, focused on pleasurable stretching, cultivating balance, and calming the nervous system. My yoga journey began as a teenager when I lived in Nepal and India, seeking out the wild-eyed teachers of various Himalayan traditions. In 2011, I did my teacher training with a band of Danish Vikings who had washed ashore in Kerala. Since then, I’ve taught yoga in the New Zealand Alps, the Amazon rainforest, and the high Mexican desert. Come join me for serene, restorative yoga at the Chappy Community Center this summer!
